|Deposits: A deposit is
required before confirming a reservation. The amount of your deposit is determined
by the length of stay. Balance due upon arrival. A deposit guarantees
that we will hold your reservation as requested and that you will take the
accommodation for the entire period reserved. Deposits and reservations are not
transferable. Deposits must be paid in US Funds. Reservations will be held no longer
than 7 days without deposit. Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.
|Cancellations: Please advise us of any changes in your
reservation as soon as possible. Any reservation changes may make it necessary to cancel
the reservation. A refund will be made if we are notified 2 weeks prior to arrival date.
Refunds are subject to an administrative fee of $15.
|Reservations: Advance deposit of $350 for
Unit 23, $425 for Unit 24, and $525 for Unit 25 per week is required to guarantee reservations.
Phone reservations are tentative until money is received. Deposits must be paid in US funds.
Balance due upon arrival. We accept cash, travelers checks, money orders, Visa and MasterCard.
Personal checks are accepted for advance deposits only.
|Cancellations: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival,
deposit is returned. Within 8 weeks, deposit is forfeited. No refund for unused portion
of stay. Reservations are commitments for full period requested. Refunds are subject to
an administrative fee of $15.
|Information: Parking is available for one
vehicle/unit. Notification required if more than one car. No roller blading, scooters, or skateboarding.
